Living World Deluxe Small Animal Habitat for sale in Barre, Vermont

This is a "Living World Deluxe Small Animal Habitat" that I bought in August (2012) for my ferret. The dimensions are 18" wide x 14" high (at the lowest part of the top) x 27" long. He only used it for 2 months, before I bought him his new ferret mansion. My friend also used it for 2 weeks for her 2 rats (which is where the chewed parts came from). So this cage was only used for about of 3 months! It is in really good condition. I originally bought it for $89.99 at Petco. I am including some accessories with the cage that did not originally come with it (2 litter boxes, a hammock, and a pack of treats). I am looking for $40, but I am willing to negotiate on the price.
The red top lifts up, and red bowl is removable. You can also move the litter box and the hid-e-hole (house area). There is a small white door in the front that also opens.
There are a few chewed spots: one on the house area and 3 out of 4 corners are chewed a little.
I am also including another litter box for when your critter is outside the cage (as it is to big to fit inside the cage), a hanging sleeper hammock with metal clips, and a pack of ferret chews (if you want them).
The litter pan used to be a lock on pan, but it broke so it doesn't lock on to anything anymore.
The brown fleecy was only used for a week when my ferret stayed at a friends house.
The ferret chews are open! there are 10 left, my ferret doesn't like them and won't eat them. The treats expire on July 26th, 2013.
